Terms of Service.

Your account

You need an account to generate content and save listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Accounts are for one person or business; do not share your login.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RELIST to:

• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• create material that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that depicts identifiable people without their permission;
• misrepresent an item you are selling, including its brand, condition, authenticity or origin;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass any part of the service, including credit limits or billing;
• resell or redistribute the service itself as your own product.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You grant us permission to store and process that content for the purpose of operating RELIST — including sending it to the AI providers we use so that images and listing text can be generated for you. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload it.

AI-generated content

RELIST uses AI models to produce images and written listings. AI output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unrealistic. We do not promise that generated images accurately depict your item, or that generated text is correct, complete or suitable for any marketplace.

You are responsible for reviewing every generated image and listing before you publish or sell. Check colours, materials, measurements, brand, size and condition against the real item, and edit anything that is wrong. Marketplaces have their own rules about AI imagery and listing accuracy, and it is your responsibility to follow them.

As between you and us, you may use the content generated for your account for your own resale listings. We cannot guarantee that generated output is unique, and similar output may be produced for other users.

Credits

RELIST uses credits. New accounts receive a one-off allocation of 10 free credits once the account's email address is confirmed. Each AI-generated photo costs 1 credit and each AI-written listing costs 1 credit, so a complete four-photo listing with a written listing costs 5 credits. Uploading, editing, saving, downloading and viewing listings do not cost credits.

Credits are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn. Monthly plan credits are granted for each billing period and do not roll over. If generation fails in a way we can confirm, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically.

Subscriptions and recurring billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in New Zealand dollars. When you subscribe, your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Your monthly credits are added once per paid billing period.

If a payment fails, your plan may be paused and monthly credits may not be granted until payment succeeds. We may change plan prices or credit allowances in future; existing subscribers will be told before a change applies to them.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on the Pricing page. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access and any remaining credits for the billing period you have already paid for, and unused monthly credits expire at the end of that period. You can keep viewing, editing and downloading saved listings on the free tier after cancelling.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

RELIST, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute the service itself.

Third-party services

RELIST relies on third parties, including cloud hosting, database and storage providers, AI model providers, and Stripe for payments. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services. Marketplaces where you list your items are independent of RELIST.

Service availability

We aim to keep RELIST available and working well, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and maintenance, outages or provider failures can interrupt generation. We may add, alter or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RELIST is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated images or text. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act where those rights apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use RELIST after a change means you accept the updated terms.
